The Structures and Guidelines lay out how the District conducts business.  It includes Roles and Responsibilities for all the officers, and how the finances are managed.  Any changes to the Structures and Guidelines will be made by formal request at a monthly District 16 Business Meeting, and will follow normal procedures for approval.
